Serviced Office Facilities
OBS provides office services customized to meet each client’s specific needs and budget. Often these services are combined with other administrative or management services in order to fully achieve the client’s desired goals. A client may receive any and/or all of the following:
- Shared receptionist
- Personalized phone answering during office hours
- Display of company name in lobby and front door
- Mail delivery and forwarding
- Office or open area desk
- Use of meeting rooms, kitchen, common areas and other serviced services
- 24-hour IT support
Serviced facilities are available for short-term, part-time and annual rental.
